Female Health Worker (FHW) – 12th Pass + Female Health Worker Course From a recognized Government Organization.
Multipurpose Health Worker (MPHW) – 12th Pass + Multipurpose Health Worker course pass and Sanitary Inspector course pass from recognized Government Organization.
Pharmacist – Pharmacist Degree or Diploma (More Qualification In Below Notification)
Laboratory Technician – Chemistry, Microbiology or Biochemistry Degree (More Qualification In Below Notification)
